Privacy Policy

Public research pages do not require an account. When you sign in to member features, we process your name, email address, email-verification status, encrypted password credential or Google sign-in identifier, account tier, session details, and necessary security identifiers. Google may also provide a profile image when you choose Google sign-in.

Standard technical information may also be processed, including IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and cookies needed to maintain a signed-in session.

We use this information to authenticate members, protect restricted content, prevent abuse, operate and troubleshoot the site, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell personal information or use member identities to provide investment advice.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page views, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.”

You can reject analytics without losing access to the site. You can also change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms; we do not use Analytics to provide personalized investment advice or stock recommendations.

Better Auth provides the account software, Google provides optional social sign-in and consent-based Analytics, Cloudflare provides hosting, database, security, delivery, and operational logging, and Resend delivers account emails. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. These providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Authentication and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for access control, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations, subject to provider settings. You may sign out at any time and can manage an optional AShareIntel Google connection from your Google Account.
