Nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold a security.
Data interpretation and accuracy
Shareholder-list appearances and removals do not prove purchases, sales, entries, or exits. Information may contain delays, omissions, name variants, or source errors. You are responsible for checking information against official disclosures before relying on it.
Accounts and member access
Member access is provided through Google and Cloudflare Access. You are responsible for your Google account security and must not share, automate, resell, or circumvent restricted access. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, other users, or comply with applicable obligations.
