A full-market ownership comparison requires a verified controlling-shareholder classification. That field is not yet in this dataset, so this article compares a transparent sample of large companies with clear ownership status.

Limits of the comparison
The state-owned sample is concentrated in banking, telecoms, energy and infrastructure, while the private sample includes more manufacturing, technology and consumer companies. Any gap reflects industry and workforce mix as well as ownership.
